I have deep roots in the marine industry as a technical CAD modeller for boat modifications and new builds, working regularly with clients like Cure Marine and 26 South Marine. I don’t offer full boat-concept design—instead, I’m engaged for concept CAD modelling, digital fabrication, and scan-processing expertise.

I’m a specialist CAD surfacing modeller for aircraft concepts—from one-off prototypes to low-volume production runs. I’ve mentored on USC’s eVTOL program (surfacing, composites & digital fabrication), supported Helitak’s UH-60 firefighting systems development, and worked on defence drone projects. Most recently, I modelled a composite replacement for an aluminium Bell helicopter part. I offer only CAD surfacing expertise and collaborate directly with aerospace engineering professionals.

I specialize in automotive styling and accessory development for composite components. Leveraging extensive experience in reverse-engineering scan data, I deliver precision composite tooling and custom 3D-printed parts to support high-volume production. One of my most rewarding projects was helping Protective Plastics (High Group) establish a digital fabrication department, where I implemented 3D scanning and printing workflows to produce high-quality, high-volume composite tooling.

I’ve worked as the lead designer on numerous metal and plastics projects over the years; however, this is not my specialty. Typically, if a composites project involves plastic, metal, fabric, or upholstery elements, I’m happy to design those.
The exception to the rule is reverse-engineering 3D scan data—I can accurately recreate any object from scans.
